Hi there, we've just added the new section about the witches. Please take a look at it here. To answer your question though - all witches in this game canon are natural born.

Oh don't worry, there are no stupid questions! Actually, Hurricane Cove would be on the Gulf coast, near Naples. That seemed like a good area for a fictional city as it's somewhat less known.
